How It Works

Filter coffee should never be made with boiling water. ByteChef heats water to an optimal 93°C using a smart, closed-loop
temperature control system. This protects the delicate flavor compounds and avoids the bitterness that comes from overheating.

✅ Smart Blooming

Before the full brew begins, ByteChef releases a small amount of hot water to allow the coffee grounds to bloom, a crucial but often skipped step. This lets trapped gases escape, unlocking deeper flavor and aroma in your cup.

✅ Pulse Brewing

Instead of pouring all the water at once, ByteChef uses intermittent water addition. This improves the traditional method while ensuring even saturation and better extraction.

✅ Brew Timer

Want your coffee ready when you wake up? ByteChef will start the brewing process at your chosen time, so you get freshly brewed decoction without any wait.

ByteChef uses an advanced 32-bit Swiss microprocessor and sensors to monitor water temperature, brew timing, and water levels delivering a cup that’s great every single time.
