Care
To ensure your ByteChef continues to deliver café-quality decoction for years to come, we recommend a simple, routine maintenance approach:
- Daily Operation: Always ensure the filter assembly is properly seated before initiating the brewing cycle.
- Post-Brew Rinse: After each use, detach the filter assembly and rinse it thoroughly under warm running water.
- Surface Care: The sleek, compact chassis (only 12cm wide) is designed for minimal effort. Simply wipe down the exterior with a clean, damp microfiber cloth.
- Routine Descaling: Once every 3 months, run a descaling operation by filling the reservoir with 200ml of vinegar and running a standard brew cycle to keep the internal heating elements and fluid pathways free of mineral buildup.
