Shipping policy

  • Coverage: We ship to pincodes all across India

  • Rates: Shipping is free for all orders.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched from our facility, domestic deliveries typically take 4–7 business days to arrive depending on your location.

  • As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of generation.

  • We understand that plans or residences can change between your pre-order date and our shipping window.

  • We will send an Address Verification Email to all backers a few weeks before dispatch. If you need to update your shipping address before then, please contact us at team@culinext.in with your order number.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at team@culinext.in so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods to help us process a swift resolution.
